Had served section 21(b) notice requesting possession of my flat. The notice has expired on 8 October 2009. This tenant is funded and was placed by a local Authority. The Housing Officer has advised the tenant not to move out till she has received an eviction Order by the Court. The tenancy was on assured shorthold for one year. THe tenant is in arrears of approximately 750 . She has caused damage to wood stained skirtings, Dresser, carpets, Laminated flooring, flooding in kitchen, grease marks to the kitchen ceiling. I estimate (rough) it may cost in excess of 2500 to restore to the condition when the tenant first moved in a year ago.

Would like advice what actions I should take to evict her. How do I obtain a Court eviction order?, and what can I do to seek redress for the damage. The Council holds a deposit of 800.
I thank you for your consideration.
