We had a carpet in the lounge/diner. The tenant. Without our permission the tenant decided to replace with laminate floor. The radiator has now leaked damaging the floor probably requiring some replacement of the laminate. If the carpet had been left it could have been cleaned/dried and all would bve well. The tenant thinks we should pay for the replacement laminate....views please ?!
