Hi Dave A

I have spoken to the tenants, but its no good. One of the female tenants has decided to leave at the end of the month and the male tenants don't want the hassle of being witnesses, so I don't want to push them too much, otherwise they will decide to leave also, much to the delight of the problem tenant who will then have the full run of the house. I wouldn't want any new tenants to be put into the middle of this nightmare while this problem tenant is still there.

So, how can I get I get rid of him through normal means, knowing that there is no formal tenancy agreement, and the arrears are mounting?

Sincerely
A Mohamed
