2 months rent owing and not returning my calls
I note that S8 is route to take but on forum RLA advice seems to be that this may not be successful. Would it be costly as well as I note that I would probably need a solicitor to do this? Would S21 be best and then would I have to get my money another way and hopefully be less pricey?
I am currently writing to them to say I am going to do inspection visit in 48 hours time as I now worry that they may have done a runner, and will also put in this letter my failed attempts to resolve rent issue.
