Hi

We have a tenant who has been in tenancy since 6th October 09. He paid his months rent but we have received nothing else so far.

More importantly, the neighbours are really struggling with him as he is piling loads of rubbish up around the property, playing loud music in the early hours of the morning, verbal abuse to neighbours and landlord etc etc etc..

This has been going on since the day he moved in and we need to get him out the fastest way possible.

What would the court accept as evidence? Would we have to give him chances to behave?

Could 24 hours notice be served?

HELP!!!
