Section 21b served through the neighbour
We served S21b to a tenant by giving it to the next door neighbour to pass on. She had passed it on, but the tenant now states that it has not been given to them in a professional manner and that we shouldn't have given it to the neighbour, therefore she refuses to acknowledge it. Our only purpose to give it to the neighbour was to have a witness. Does someone see any issues with that in court? We have given it more than 2 month before the 1 year contract expiration, which is 8th July, as the contract started 9th July previous year.
I don't know if I should mention that the tenant doesn't want to move out. We are getting some rent, because we applied to the council to switch payments to us instead of her.
