We have been to Court today to try to obtain a Possession Order through rental arrears but were advised by the Judge that on our Particulars of Claim Form (N119) we did not actually put the words `we therefore require Possession on Ground 8 of Housing Act 1988 Section 8` on the form in the details of Reason for Possession (par 4) of the form.
He gave us the option of a Suspended Possession Order (the tenant was in attendance) and this was granted on the basis that the tenant pay the rent + part arrears in December (she won't) and we will re-convene on 15th January to re-consider.
Our question is twofold - firstly do we need to regularise the N119 with the correct information and secondly what else do we have to do before 15th January if anything?
