We want to claim our property back due to problem tenants who fail to pay rent on time and will not pay by direct debit but cash. Do we serve a Section 21 (b. Rent is supposed to be due 25th monthly.
So when do we serve the notice - could we serve it today 1/4/09. There are 2 months left of a 6 month shorthold assured tenancy agreement.
