I have a highly undesirable tenant in my property. This is an HMO registered house.
We are unable to prove burglaries and theft plus drug offences ect.,
Am I right in thinking I can 'move' into the same house in orer to evict him swiftly?
I also think I am able to install my daughter in the house and can achieve the same result.
If one or both of the above are true, what constitutes living in a house? Do I change my name on the electoral role and put some of my things in the house in question and sleep in there a couple of nights until he has gone?
The house is actually next door to my own home so this wouldn't be a massive problem for me to arrange.
