I am questioning why the landlord has to attend if I am acting as agent; the judge said it is because he is not a limited company?? Is this right?? The problem is that he is often out of the country which holds evictions up so desperate for some advice about how we can manage this going forward please.
I also act as agent for various other properties as a limited company; surely I do not have to take all the landlords with me to court for evictions??
Please advise urgently as I have other court dates that are due next week.
