NON PAYMENT IF RENT AND REFUSAL TO MOVE
HE IS NOW REFUSING TO ANSWER MY CALLS OR THE DOOR.
CAN I ASSUME THAT AS HE HAS GIVEN ME NOTICE THAT I CAN REGAIN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY AS PER HIS NOTICE? OR IF HE REFUSES TO GO DO I HAVE TO SERVE SECTION 8 AND GO THROUGH THE COURTS WHILE HE LIVES IN MY PROPERTY FOR ANOTHER 2 MONTHS WITHOUT PAYING?
