Please can you advise
I have a tennent that has arrears(895.00)dating from July 2010 to End Nov 2010 and they have not paid them. I agreed with them to repay starting in February. They have not paid the payment in Feb 2011 and I again agreed with them to pay in March the two months @ 89.50 per month. They have now sent a letter from Citizens Advice Bureau asking to repay 10.00 month on the arrears (7.45 years to repay.) I issued a notice to quit 23rd Feb and said that if they paided as per the signed agreement then I would withdraw the notice this one and only time. In future a failure to pay rent or arrears any notice will not be withdrawn.
What do I need to do to gain possesion? I now wish to find a tennant that will pay rent and not have arrears. I think I will be very lucky to see the outstanding ammount of arrears.
please help
