Eviction was carried out by Baliffs, and all locks changed. However tenants have left valuable furniture in the property, and claim they will return in 2 days to pick up. This was agreed with the Baliffs as witnesses. However these these tenants are extremly cheeky, and it would not surprise me that they leave there furniture until it suits them. It is important that this is resolved as I go on holiday in 2 days.

How do I stand legally in this situation, can I put the furniture out if they do not pick it up at the agreed time?

Or do I charge them a storage fee to encourage them to take their furniture?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
