I am wonderdering what section I can issue them and how much time can I give them. I do not want to loose the rent they owe and I cannot contemplate giving them two months more notice because I know they will not pay and so it will add up to nearly five months rent lost. I read the guide on our sight but it gets confusing and I do not want to do it the wrong way.
Can you please advice.
