Hi
Hope you can help
I have a tenant who is at the end of her tenancy on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy and a Housing act Notice is already in place. She is refusing to vacate and has basically said 'see you in court'.

She still currently owes circa £1200 in rental rears and I have used here deposit for back rent..
What is the quickest and easiest way to get her out. If I do go to court it will assumedly take 6-8 weeks( where I will not get rent) and circa £500 in court fees - which again I can say goodbye too..
thanks for any practical advise you can offer.
