I have a tenant who has been with me 7+ years. He is dyslexic and has no family or friends I can speak with to help with the situation.
The tenant has become more and more disruptive and has now got to the stage I have other tenants moving out because of him.
With him been dyslexic he does not seem to realise the situation he is in.
I wanting the easiest and quickest way to gain possession on the property that he is in.
In the past if I have had to write to him he says he is dyslexic and cannot read the letter.
I do know knowing the tenant that if I serve notice on him he will not move out; I believe I will need bailiffs to evict him.
Advice and best course of action please
