As seen from my posts this week I have taken a few days to study notice procedures and now have my dates calculations sorted.
The only question I have now is: if a tenant is not quite 8 weeks in arrears, or has just not paid LHA top up, and I want to evict on 21 to gurantee possession. If my covering letter states I'm not happy with the unpaid rent, - Can a judge say if its rent arrears you should not have use Section 21, but waited to do a section 8?
