MY TENANT RECENTLY CHANGED THE RENT FROM ME TO HIM, AND HAAS
FAILED TO PAY RENT. MY DISTRICT IS CHESTER,THEY INFORMED THAT
AS FROM APRIL 2011, I ASKED FOR AN EXCEPTION TO THE RULE, THEY INFORMED ME THAT AS FROM APRIL 2011 IF THE ARREARS EXCEED 799.38
THE RENT WILL BE SWITCHED BACK TO LANDLORD, BUT THEY DID NOT SPECIFY ANY SPECIAL CONDITIONS, SUCH AS NOTICES TO QUIT, OR WHAT THEY NEED TO RECEIVE AS PROOF OF NON-PAYMENTS.COULD I ASK RLA IS THIS NATIONAL POLICY, OR CAN DIFFERENT COUNCILS APPLY DIFFERENT RULES? PLEASE.

ALSO, RECEIVED OUR MAG, COULD THE MEMBERS HAVE A CORNER FOR CONTACTS,
MUTUAL NEEDS, ETC. ADS. ETC. PLEASE.I AM THINKING THIS REALLY ESSENTIAL AND WOULD BE FAIR TO MEMBERS. WOULD BE PLEASED TO HAVE REPLY,
