Notice of issue and court hearing
I was expecting the procedure to follow "Guide to Possession and Small Claims Procedures" as explained on the RLA website. However, instead of expiry dates and a tear off part to return to court etc. I have a date for the hearing in October (=another 2 months of unpaid rents). Why did I not get a posession order without a hearing? Is there anything I can do at this point to get the order without a hearing?
