Do the same laws apply for a clubs tenancy for a sport Pavilion as for a house landlord.
The Town Council own the Pavilion and rent half out to a cafe and the tennis club have the use of the other half.
So far the council has inflicted the costs of having the electricity certificate and gas certificate checks onto the cafe and all the repairs.
Over the winter the pipes bust in the roof when not in use. Who's responsability is that?
The tenancy agreement is, I believe, all repairs agreement to the tenant. Is this a legal document?
