We have a tenant who signed an AST on 26/03/09.
They signed a section 21 (B) notice on 6/4/09.
Their deposit is protected with the DPS.
Their rent is 495 every four weeks.

They have failed to made a rent payment which was due on 7th May.
They have made many promises to pay, but no money has been paid.
I would like to end their tenancy.
I have written a couple of letters to attempt to get them to pay.

Do I now simply apply for a possession order, or do I have to tell them that I am doing this?
