Managing Agent Access Procedures
I have an agent who was hesitant to get access.
In the past when I managed myself I gave a 24 hour notice of a 'property inspection' and put a note through the door to this effect and stated that if it was inconvenient then they should contact me to arrange another time. And, I stated that if I did not hear from them I would bring keys to gain the required access in their absence.
If this is not the right way to go about it can you let me know what is.
