problem tenant with rent arrears
I have a problem tenant who has not paid rent for 3 months,he sublets 2 rooms out of the 3 rooms and shears 1 room with wife and 2 kids. This house was completely refubished a year ago and is completely ruined with moulds all over the house. there is a newly fitted central heating which is never switched on.Yesterday a tenant in the shop beneat, reported a fault which is excreter and tissues coming from the drain each time the toilet is flushed from the flat. it is unspeakable and a health hazard but the tenant refuse to give me access into the property. please can somebody let me know how to go about this , i have completed form N5b for tomorrow
