1st question, where and upon whom do i serve Notice, Sec 8 for breach & Sec 21 for insurance. On the official tenant, at the flat, even though i know not there, upon the unofficial landlord, I have their address from the agreements.
2nd question, the combined rent of the 3 sublet rooms totals £500 a month more than the official rent, that has been paid, do i have any claim for the difference ?
After this has been sorted, if the occupiers wanted to stay is there anything to prevent me issuing a new tenancy agreement to them ?
