s 21 and deposit with prescribed information
I protected the deposit as per the scheme and issued all of the relevant information.
The tenant signed a copy of the Deposit Certificate which I submitted with the court papers (the section 21 date has passed).
So, I have proof of protecting the deposit but I did not get the tenant to confirm that they also received the necessary supporting prescribed information.
I anticipate them consulting a (legal aid) solicitor.
Is this going to be a problem? Is there anything I can do if this is used as a defence against the Section 21?
