Hi,

this is the first time i have had to go to this length to evict a tenant, i have today been granted 14 days until the Court will issue a Possession order for the Bailiffs i am looking for some advice on the following.

1,Do i instruct a bailiff now for 15 days time?

2,The Court have also put an order for the tenant to pay the 4300+ in 14days (i know i have no chance of that happening) (-:

But what would you suggest is the best way to claim the outstanding monies back? I really want the tenant to suffer the same hell they have put me through.

3,I think it is about time that Landlords should be able to get even 5pw back payments out of the tenants benefits stopped at source, instead of them spending our hard earned taxes on fags, booze & drugs. Is it true that the councils do this on council properties?
