Hi. my daughter is in private student accomodation with five other students on a joint tenancy. Her landlord, on a number of occasions, has gone into her room without any notice and when she is out (the other students have seen him). She has now changed her lock and the landlord has once again tried to gain entry, this time with no luck and is demanding a copy of the key. He is always in and out of the communal areas not giving any notice. How dose she stand with giving him a copy of her key, knowing full well that he will be back in her room when she is not there! Very worried parent!
