Investment Properties and the Local Housing Authority Tenants
I am concerned with payment and whether there are means to get the Local Housing Authority to pay. To be frank the risk of getting monies out of some housing benefit tenants does concern me.
Any thoughts on any areas particularly that are investment hot spots for property of this nature? There are low property neighbourhoods all over the place but some I am sure worth avoiding.
Anything I have not raised here.
