Has anybody any comments or experience on what is likely to happen (or has actually happend) if you buy a flat/appartment in a block of flats that is leasehold and there is a covanant in the lease that says you can only live there and can not let it out. QUESTION - What actually can happen if you do breach this covanant and let it out. Covanats are stuffy old bits of law arn't they, and expensive and difficult to enforce. (NB leaseholder is a local Council)
