how to make money through residential property? whole house/hmo/flats??
what is the way forward with residential property investment as far as letting goes?
1. renting it as a whole house? (peace of mind but low profit/ is it even worth it?)
2. hmos? (so much head ace and money with all the regulations etc?)
3. converting the house into flats? (planning and high costs, is it worth it)
your opinions would be appreciated..
