We are currently living in a flat which we will let out in the next year. The heating system is old but in good working order and don't wish to invest too heavily in a new system if we are not staying here. The gas pipes running into the property are 15mm instead of the new standard 22mm which would make it far more expensive to upgrade to a combi boiler + system. Is there any law that requires us to have a certain standard of system in a rental property or could this affect the EPC or landlords gas safety cert?
Thanks
