i have had a tenant since july 10 and her rent has never been paid ontime and has now ran into arrears. after threatening eviction she paid 400 of the 670 arrears last week and I have now agreed she can the remainder at a rate of 50 a month for the next 6 months provided her rent is paid ontime.
the rent was due today but again has not been paid
she is a good tenant as she is looking after the property well and I dont want to evict her but this is my only property and need the rent to pay the mortgage. also if i do give her notice I am concerned I will not recover the arrears she has built up.
advice would be very much appreciated
