Address for Service
The RLA tenancy agreement states that the landlord will serve notices to the property addrress unless the tenant advise a different address.
If my tenant vacates and either refuses to give a new address or provides a false one is it therefore still valid to serve notices to the property. Is this also valid as a service address if pursuing a claim with moneyclaim online?
If not, is the alternative address given at the start of the tenancy for the purposes of the deposit a valid address to use for the money claim?
