Any trades that we recommend are tried, tested and are known to us. We provide you directly with quotes or estimates and consult with you before any work commences. If you have a contractor that you know, we can also liase with them.
It is our policy to be fair and honest, so we dont add a handling fee to other companies invoices, we arrange direct billing to you. We charge our fees according to the tasks you need us to organise and should there be any previously agreed expenses that we incur, we give the receipts to you so you can put them through your own accounts. There is no monthly fee because as soon as we have finished the job to your satisfaction and the property is ready, a maintenance contract can be arranged with your agent.
We supply you by email or phone with progress reports and when our work is finished, a full completion report is provided. This means that you are kept fully aware of the progress and able to arrange a date for the new occupants to move in, knowing that everything is ready for their arrival.
