Agents Principles of Lettings (eLearning)
This eLearning course is designed specifically for Letting Agents and their staff. It explores the lettings process from start to finish, Covering the necessary information. It offers a streamlined and flexible way to refresh your knowledge on changes in the law, and may be ideal for your CPD. For those Agents new to the industry it will serve as a guide to the regulations they are required to comply with. In order for Agents to fully support Landlords with their ever-increasing obligations, the Letting Agent needs to be equipped with the knowledge including the relevant areas of the law.
The course will give agents at all levels a guide on the crucial obligations they must comply with along with practical tips on relationship management and other industry best practice.

Optional Assessment Module
This eLearning assessment module enables you to consolidate and demonstrate your learning from the course. You will be asked 24 multiple choice questions solely based on the content from the course. Achieve the pass mark of 75% and your 5 basic CPD points will be upgraded into 5 core CPD points. You will also receive a certificate to validate the knowledge gained. The assessment module costs an extra £15 for members and £20 for non-members.
Continuous Professional Development
Remember that Continuous Professional Development points (CPD) apply to RLA courses. You can also get CPD points for being a member of the Residential Landlords Association.
Residential Landlords Association Accreditation Scheme
This course is worth 5 basic CPD points with the Residential Landlords Association Accreditation Scheme
RLAAS is a national scheme who aim to encourage, acknowledge and actively promote good standards and management practice by owners and to assist owners and tenants to undertake their respective responsibilities to each other.
RLAAS is open to all landlords who operate in the private sector, and accreditation is FREE. Members of RLAAS also receive a discount when enroling for a course operated by the Residential Landlord's Association.
