Agents Principles of Lettings (eLearning)

This eLearning course is designed specifically for Letting Agents and their staff. It explores the lettings process from start to finish, Covering the necessary information. It offers a streamlined and flexible way to refresh your knowledge on changes in the law, and may be ideal for your CPD. For those Agents new to the industry it will serve as a guide to the regulations they are required to comply with. In order for Agents to fully support Landlords with their ever-increasing obligations, the Letting Agent needs to be equipped with the knowledge including the relevant areas of the law. This course includes an assessment to consolidate your learning.

The course content reflects the current Deregulation Act 2015 for properties in England only, currently there are no changes for properties in Wales; please see the RLA Wales website for updates.


The course will give agents at all levels a guide on the crucial obligations they must comply with along with practical tips on relationship management and other industry best practice.

RLAAS is a national scheme who aim to encourage, acknowledge and actively promote good standards and management practice by owners and to assist owners and tenants to undertake their respective responsibilities to each other.

RLAAS is open to all landlords who operate in the private sector, and accreditation is FREE. Members of RLAAS also receive a discount when enroling for a course operated by the Residential Landlord's Association.
