This half day course will inform landlords of their rights and responsibilities and the legislation dealing with these issues. The course will demonstrate the importance of risk assessments, how to manage safety to protect the tenant, landlord and visitors and what actions property professionals should carry out in order to keep within the law.

- An outline of the general principles associated with health and safety and risk rating. Do you always need to employ a consultant to carry out an assessment? How often should a risk assessment be carried out?

RLAAS is a national scheme who aim to encourage, acknowledge and actively promote good standards and management practice by owners and to assist owners and tenants to undertake their respective responsibilities to each other.
RLAAS is open to all landlords who operate in the private sector, and accreditation is FREE. Members of RLAAS also receive a discount when enroling for a course operated by the Residential Landlord's Association.
