Less than a year after the national roll out of Right to Rent checks the Immigration Act 2016 has now introduced criminal penalties for non-compliance on top of the existing civil penalties. Stakes are now higher than ever and landlords need to ensure they understand their obligations.

This online course is broken down in to two sections. The first gives an overview of UK immigration law and the impact of Brexit. The second breaks down the Right to Rent checks so that landlords understand the process to avoid enforcement action.

This course provides a mix of traditional learning techniques along with YouTube videos and links to useful articles. There are helpful knowledge check quizzes along the way and learners can print off a certificate of completion for their records.

The course is exclusively available online making it convenient for you to complete anytime within the 90 days. The course is accessible for 90 days from purchase and can be visited at any time. There is no test for this course but on completion learners will be able to download a certificate for their records. It carries 4 CPD points.
