Law of Agency (eLearning)
With over 60% of private sector landlords using a letting agent, a positive and professional relationship between landlord, agent and tenant is essential. At times these relationships can be tested and this course is designed to explain the law of agency and its practical application.
This online course is designed for landlords and letting agents alike:

- Uncovers the landlord, agent and tenant relationship with the legal duties of each party

- How an agent can 'bind' a landlord to a contract

RLAAS is open to all landlords who operate in the private sector, and accreditation is FREE. Members of RLAAS also receive a discount when enroling for a course operated by the Residential Landlord's Association.
