SELECTIVE LICENSING TRAINING COURSE - SHEFFIELD
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Michelle Houston - Service Manager, Sheffield City Council says "We have been working with the RLA for over 6 years now and we are very happy that they have been delivering excellent training for landlords. Feedback from the courses has been extremely positive."
Sheffield City Council places great importance on the need for landlords and agents with properties within Sheffield Selective Licensing areas to undertake effective training. As part of the council’s Selective Licence conditions there is a compulsory training requirement for landlords. This training will also be required where a landlord hasn't put into practice any previous training undertaken.
This course is delivered by an experienced landlord and letting agent and allows networking between landlords, managers and agents as part of the training.
