How it Works
Performing a credit check is an easy three stage process. If at any stage you require advice then our staff are available to help you during office hours (03330 142998).
Step 1. Collect tenant history and date of birth
Gather the applicant's full name, date of birth and address history. For the most accurate credit check the RLA recommends all address history in the last six years (You may input a maximum of three addresses per credit check).
Step 2. Enter details and make payment
Enter the applicant's data into the RLA credit checking pages. Credits checking is a "pay as you go" service and payment is by credit card.
Step 3. Receive the credit check in minutes
You will receive the full credit check in minutes. It will be delivered to your myRLA area where you can store it for future reference. You can print out credit checks or email them to yourself.
