A copy of your order will be sent to you by email.
2 - A representative will then contact you by telephone to arrange payment and a date for your assessment
Payment must be made before an assessment can be carried out.
3 - After your assessment has been done you will be issued with your Energy Performance Certificate
Your EPC will be sent to you at the email address from which you made your order. If you require a hard copy to be posted to you, this can be arranged for an additional charge of £5.
Please note that any contract for the supply of goods/services will be made between you and the provider of the goods/services; not with the Residential Landlords Association Limited or any of its associated companies. The RLA has no liability in relation to any contract entered into by you as the RLA only acts as in introducer.
