Got an out of hours question? Ask your question via the RLA website and a member of the Landlord Advice Team will respond the next working day.
Furthermore, as part of the online Landlord Advice Service, you are free to open your question up to over 20,000+ other landlords via the RLA Forums. You will receive an automatic email alert when a reply to your question has been provided.

*Please note the RLA's Landlord Advice Team cannot give commercial advice about taxation, property investment, cannot complete forms on your behalf (unless part of our form filling service for which there is a fee) and cannot draft individual correspondence (please visit our Documents Centre) or tenancy agreement clauses. Where we are unable to provide detailed advice we will point you in the right direction. This would include advice about leasehold problems, housing benefit, council tax appeals and planning matters.
