DepositGuard Additional Clauses
If you have protected your deposit using DepositGuard, TDS advises that you add additional clauses to your tenancy agreement by using an addendum.
Please note: These clauses are already stated within the DepositGuard tenancy agreement
Prescribed Information
Prescribed information requires you to give the landlord's address. This must be the landlord's own; not an agent's address. The landlord's own address must be given even where an agent is dealing with the deposit on behalf of the landlord. For these purposes, therefore, you must give either the landlord's own home address or, if the landlord has his/her own office, the office address as an alternative.
What is Prescribed Information and why do I have to give it to my tenant?
