Hyndburn Borough Council have announced plans to try and extend its existing Selective Licensing scheme, which is due to come to an end after 5 years on 30th November 2017. The newly proposed scheme includes an extended area within the areas of Accrington and Church and, if approved, could cost landlords £620 in the first year alone.

  • Annual fee - £120 per property per year or part year

The consultation closes 17th April 2017, the RLA will be submitting a reply and we urge our members to do the same.
