Enfield Housing Partnership - Landlords Forum

The London Borough of Enfield and Citizens Advise Enfield have formed a partnership with other local entities such as local MPs offices and HO Immigration to discuss key issues in the Borough, more specifically the acute shortage of safe and affordable housing. They will be holding a Landlords Forum on 27th February 2017 at the Dugdale Centre in Enfield.

They will be running a drop in sessions between 2pm and 8pm with presentations and discussion sessions at 2:30pm and 6pm. Subjects include: legislative changes, Right to Rent, free financial and legal advice, safety issues, help for improvements, and free smoke alarms.

Greenwich To Implement Further Licensing and Increased Fees - 12 May 2017
